The complaint procedure is open and allows all staff to feel their voice is being heard and that management is responsive to their needs and concerns. The disciplinary procedure at Coiler is fair and well laid out to all staff at the time of their hiring. As well, in accordance with local laws all employees are permitted to join trade unions or other such organizations at their discretion. Such an open structure allows Coiler to have a very dynamic, motivated and productive team of employees.

We employ a strategy of waste management not only in the workplace, but in our entire business process by strictly complying with all RoHS and WEEE regulations. Further, the employment of any nature of child labor or forced labor is strictly prohibited, and Coiler ensures the safety of not only our employees but of the community by verifying the age and background of all potential employees prior to hiring.
