Dual Band Repeaters are typically used by network operators to
amplify predefined customizable frequency bands simultaneously on two networks. Coiler Dual Band Repeaters can boost RF signals
for one or two frequency segments on GSM and DCS networks, and within either the 10MHz or 15MHz ranges on UMTS networks (potentially up to 4 segments at once), making it a perfect
solution for carriers whose spectrum allocations are not
continuous.
Different units of Coiler's Dual Band Repeaters that support a combination of GSM900, DCS1800
and UMTS2100, varying
in output power, gain and application are available.

Coiler developed the BR Dual Band Repeaters to simultaneously solve in-building coverage problems on a combination of GSM, DCS and UMTS networks in areas with high density traffic. Its unique features and convenient design allow optimum utilization in a variety of medium and larger sized indoor areas such as office buildings and conference facilities, where it can greatly improve the quality of service and customer experience simultaneously on two networks. For the convenience of local setting and control, the BR Series also includes an integrated control panel for convenient local setting and an LED display. Operators who have multiple repeaters on their network have the option to get the BR Dual Band Repeaters with an integrated Remote Control Unit (RCU). The RCU enables advanced remote monitoring and management features via Coiler¡¦s Operation and Maintenance System.
The Coiler BR Dual Band Repeaters are available in three separate models: the BR-918 (for GSM and DCS networks), the BR-922 (for GSM and UMTS networks) and the BR-1822 (for DCS and UMTS networks). |
